Plant an AMP

AMP seeks to fuse the gaps of the education system to recycle education energy to help develop strong individuals in every level of education.

AMP is a collaborative movement made up of university students who use creativity and their available resources to enforce positive change in their community, and collectively, the world.

  • University students have the capability to be the future leaders of the world.
  • Changing the paradigms of what it is to be a student- learning to practicing. Knowledge to skills.
  • We are the future leaders of the world, our descisions we make while we are in college affect our future in the “Real World.”
  • The problem is that we see the real world as something in the future, when in all reality, we are practicing professionalism in college.
  • So many students goto school to pass through the process to get a degree to goto work. This is a false paradigm.

The Aloha Movement Project is a breakthrough educational program, founded at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in January of 2008. This program has been designed in such a way that it can be easily implemented into any college or university environment. AMP is specifically designed to utilize all higher education resources in a manner that allows students to quickly and easily organize, expand, and give back to their community.

The Aloha Music Project is a collaboration of students, musicians, artists, and community activists who work together to provide a new platform for expression to their community. By creating a collaborative platform for artist and musicians, AMP is creating a new way of bringing creativity to the masses.

AMP seeks to give back to the community by supporting local artists and musicians and providing students and schools with viable education programs. AMP allows students to utilize their major projects within their respective college to implement their ideas. Further, it provides individuals the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the artist community and educate themselves with the business model of the AMP collaborative arts movement.

AMP has developed a formula for university students to become leaders within their school, to not only gain priceless professional experience, but to make money while benefiting the community.
